I love weddings. I love the joy, the tears, the laughter, and the fun. I love capturing all those special moments between you and your guests, capturing your memories for the years to come. I love documenting all the little interactions through the day. I take real a documentary approach in my photography, I’m there in the background clicking away, whilst being unobtrusive and letting you and your guests get on with the day. I’m there throughout the day to help as much as anything – I’ll help you get in your dress, sewing up any seams that have come apart, I’ll re-clip hair, provide heel protectors, and even make sure the men are looking smart! I have a bag full of all the little bits that you might need in an emergency!
After the ceremony I always take time with you as a couple taking you away for a few minutes to have a moment to yourself, re-connect as a couple, and get some nice naturally posed photos for you. I won’t spend hours on formal photos, but I’ll always work with you to get the group shots that you want to remember your special day. I’ll take time to capture candids of your guests, and love to join in with the party when the dancing starts!
If time and space allows I’ll prepare a little quick edit slide show for your evening guests, and I’ll usually have a couple sneak peeks ready for you the next day so that you know you’ve got some great shots ready for social media. After the wedding I’ll prep and edit your photos and upload them to an online gallery where you can download your files, choose any prints you want, and select your favourites for your wedding album. Your guests can have access too so that they can remember the day too.
